DomintAI Oy (Business ID 3618399-6) uses the following categories of service providers to operate its platform. Each provider is bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our own commitments. We give notice before a provider change that affects personal data, as described in the Data Processing Terms; the identity of the providers currently in use is available at any time from info@domintai.com.
Model training. DomintAI does not use customer content to train any model. Every third-party AI model provider we engage is expressly prohibited, under the terms we contract on, from using content submitted through our service to train or improve its models. A provider that violated that prohibition would be acting against our express instructions and in breach of its own obligations.

Where a transfer outside the European Economic Area occurs, it is covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as stated in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Terms.
Replacing a provider within one of these categories does not change this list: the same safeguards apply to the replacement, and the notice process above applies to the change.
