This policy lists the cookies DomintAI Oy stores on your device when you use the DomintAI website and web application, and explains how you control them.
1. Cookies we use

The first three are set only when you sign in. `sidebar:state` is set only when you use that control. `domint_cookie_consent` is set only when you make a cookie choice.
2. Third-party access
All of the cookies above are first-party cookies, set by DomintAI on its own domain. We do not permit third-party advertising, marketing or tracking services to access these cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertising networks or data brokers. Service providers who process personal data on our behalf are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. No analytics or marketing cookies
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies.
4. Why we do not ask for consent for the cookies above
Under Section 205 of the Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014), which implements Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, storing information on your device does not require consent where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you requested, or where it only carries out a choice you made yourself.
- `domint_auth_session`, `domint_oauth_state_<provider>`, `domint_oauth_redirect` and `domint_cookie_consent` are strictly necessary: without them you cannot sign in, the sign-in cannot be protected, and a refusal of optional cookies could not be stored and honoured.
- `sidebar:state` only keeps a setting you selected yourself. The service works without it.
If we introduce a cookie that is not covered by either of those grounds, we will ask for your consent before it is set.
5. Your choices
There is no optional cookie to switch on today.
- Review cookie information at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
- Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site at any time. The effect depends on which cookie you block: blocking `domint_auth_session`, `domint_oauth_state_<provider>` or `domint_oauth_redirect` prevents you from signing in; blocking `sidebar:state` or `domint_cookie_consent` only means that those choices are not remembered.

In Finland, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) supervises the rules on storing information on terminal equipment, and the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto, tietosuoja.fi) supervises the processing of personal data. You may contact either of them, or the supervisory authority where you live or work, at any time. Raising the matter with us first is optional and is not a precondition.
