1. Purpose
This statement sets out, at a high level, how DomintAI Oy approaches security. It is not a technical specification.
2. Our commitment
We take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect the personal data and the customer material we process, as required by Article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
3. Where your responsibility begins
You remain responsible for:
- the security, configuration and administration of your own systems, including any environment into which deliverables we provide are installed;
- keeping individual account credentials confidential, and removing access to your own systems when it is no longer needed;
- removing or anonymising personal data from material before you send it to us, as the Data Processing Terms require.
4. Personal-data incidents
Where applicable law requires it, we notify the competent supervisory authority and, where the law requires, the individuals concerned. Where you are the controller of material you uploaded, our obligations to inform you are set out in the Data Processing Terms.
5. Reporting a security concern
Report a suspected vulnerability or other security concern to info@domintai.com. Please do not include personal data or customer content in the report.
6. What this statement does not do
This statement does not claim any certification or independent audit, does not describe our internal controls, systems or architecture, does not create a service level or a response time, and does not guarantee that any system is secure against every threat.
